Everlasting Sea Lavender
Known as the “everlasting flower” sea lavender has long been a symbol of success, beauty, sympathy, and remembrance. Due to the lasting color of the flower, even when dried, they are often given as a gift to a loved one on a journey far from home as a way of saying, “I miss you”.
Our sea lavender is found scattered throughout the coasts of the British Isles. It is a beautiful sight to see this flower in all seasons of its life and also looks so lovely in a ring.
Asheville’s Antique Tobacco Barn Wood Ring Inlay
The antique walnut for this wood ring was hand-picked from a collector in Asheville North Carolina. It originated in an old tobacco barn constructed in the late 1800s. It's over 100 years old based on the date of the barn, and the tree itself is likely another 100 as well.
When the settlers first came to the New World they forests untouched for centuries with a canopy of colossal trees as far as the eye could see. Much of that old growth is gone, which is sad, not only because we don't have the opportunity to see what our ancestors saw, but also because trees begin to exhibit different characteristics the older they get, and it shows in the wood. We feel fortunate to hold a piece of history, one that was alive and steady when the future of our nation was so uncertain.
Sterlium Plus Silver
We are proud to offer Sterlium Plus Silver. It's a unique silver alloy from Stuller that is more durable than traditional sterling silver. Due to its unique properties, Sterlium Plus is also more tarnish resistant and less likely to turn your finger green, yet still has the brilliant luster we love to see in our rings.
Each Ring is Handcrafted in North Carolina
As a small business owner and craftsman, it is my honor to play a small role in the new "Made in USA" movement that is taking place across the nation and to do so by sharing part in our American heritage.
