Wyatt Earp's Whisker Twister - Organic Mustache Wax

"Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything. In a gun fight...you need to take your time in a hurry." - Wyatt Earp

Wyatt Earp: The Legend Behind our Mustache Wax

The gunslinger lawman, Wyatt Earp was a first class western hero. He wasn't a saint, wasn't a devil, but like so many of his day, justice was served hot and tasted like lead. Note to reader: this is a cool line and should be used when shooting a deserving horse thief, should the opportunity present itself ;-).

We decided to make Wyatt Earp the inspiration for our mustache wax because, in our experience, the man who sports a daring stache is often quite the character. Plus, Earp had an awesome mega-stache and that looked great on a tin.

Soft Enough to Mold, Strong Enough to Hold

"Does your mustache naturally do that?" This is our favorite question from a mustache admirer. It means our stache is working it's magic and getting the attention it deserves, while allowing you to take all the credit. A well subdued soup-strainer appears to have been grown that way.

Our mustache wax is soft enough that it won't pull out precious hairs as you work it in, and yet has the hold you need to curl, twist, or shape it as you like.

Coffin Tin Design

After using several mustache waxes over the years, we found that the typical round tin design is a pain in the rear to open when your hands are wet (or if you just applied beard oil, even harder). So, we decided to use what we affectionately call "coffin" tins, which slide open. This is the kind of out-of-the-box thinking you would expect from a mustachioed fellow.

Organic Ingredients

Made with Organic Beeswax, Shea butter, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E, and Essential Oils you can be certain your cookie duster will keep you shooting straight and looking sharp.

The Scent

We kept the scent light due to its proximity to your booger basket, but our mustache wax has a slight woodsy aroma, but is also aromatically unique. Let's just say that when your lady gets close enough to smell it, she'll want to get a bit closer.

How long will a tin last?

Supposing you used a dime size of wax every day, training up your whiskers in the way they should go, a tin would last about a month.

How should it be applied?

If this were some kind of shaving cream we would have to put warnings about not eating the stuff, but since you are a mustached man, you're a step ahead and we can skip that part. The best way is to scrape a bit of wax with the back of a finger nail then split evenly between forefinger and thumb, and work into your moustache by rubbing. If you have a substantial stache, you may need to apply more once the inner fibers of your stache have been coated. Then practice twisting your stache until you achieve the look you're going for.
