30-Day Return & Exchange Window
All purchases, including engagement rings and wedding bands, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Exceptions include:
- Custom designs, including engagement rings with custom stones or setting modifications.
- Rings with customer provided materials
- Resized or otherwise altered items.
- Engraved rings are eligible but may incur a fee.
Restocking Fees
Wood, Titanium, & Silver Rings: $150, $200 for custom designs.
Gold Rings (Standard Designs):
- 10K = $300
- 14K = $450
- 18K = $600
Ready-to-Ship (In-Stock) Rings: $75 return fee; $25 for exchanges (plus any price difference).
Engagement Rings
Custom rings and rings with modifications are non-returnable. A free resizing service is available within 60 days of purchase, conditions apply.
Specialty Stone Orders
When you select a stone for a custom design, that stone is purchased from our supplier and reserved exclusively for your piece. Because our stone vendors operate on their own return windows, the following terms apply:
Non-Refundable Stones
Certain stones — including one-off specialty cuts and other stones designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase — are final sale regardless of timeframe. You will always be notified prior to purchase if a stone falls into this category. If your plans change, we'd love to work with you to repurpose your stone into a new or modified design.
Within 14 Days of Stone Purchase
For all other stones, if you cancel your custom design within 14 days of the stone purchase date, we will make every effort to return the stone to our supplier. A stone sourcing & handling fee of $150 will be retained from your refund to cover procurement, transaction fees, and administrative processing. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
After 14 Days of Stone Purchase
After 14 days, our supplier's return window has closed and the stone cannot be returned. At this point, the stone purchase is non-refundable and all sales are final.
However, we never want a stone to go to waste. If your plans change, we'd love to work with you to repurpose your reserved stone into a new or modified design. Please reach out to our team to explore your options.
