Returns
Ideally, we would never need to process a return, as we love our rings and strive to ensure our customers always adore their final product. However, sometimes issues arise. If you encounter a problem with your ring, please reach out to us to see if we can help. If a return is necessary, you can find the relevant information below.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since you received your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund, but you may still be eligible for a resize or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. This includes refraining from using the ring in engagement or wedding photos, or during any special ceremonies. Much like most brides would not want to purchase a used wedding dress, we feel the same way about our wedding rings.
Since our rings are handcrafted to order, all returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Restocking Fees
For our wood and titanium rings, the restocking fees are as follows: $100 for standard designs and $150 for custom designs.
Restocking fees for our gold rings are based on the price of the gold, which can fluctuate with the market and the type of ring you ordered. For example, a size three, 10-karat women's band will have a smaller fee than a size twelve, 14-karat men's band, simply because of the amount of gold used to create the ring.

Ready-to-Ship Rings
Our ready-to-ship rings are already in-stock and available for immediate delivery. These rings are sold as-is. If they do not work out, they can be returned or e for other in-stock rings. The return fee is a $75 restocking fee, while a swap for a different in-stock ring costs $25 (plus any difference in item cost).
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (minus the $100 or $150 restocking fee), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days, depending on the payment method and the payment provider's standards.
