Exchange, Return, or Resize
Looking to make an Exchange?
We are able to exchange a ring within the first 30 days of you receiving it at no cost to you*, provided you used one of our ring sizers to obtain the size of your ring. This can be done for various reasons, such as something as simple as needing a different size outside of our ability to resize the current ring. The exchange can be done for a ring of equal or lesser value. Any alterations that would cause the price of the ring to go up will be charged accordingly. The existing ring must be returned like new and unworn, which includes not using it for any pictures or special ceremonies. An exchange is only necessary when the existing ring cannot be resized.
If you find yourself in need of an exchange after having the ring for more than 30 days, OR, you did not use our ring sizer, then you will be subject to a fee of $150 for the exchange. Note: We do not accept exchanges after 90 days of you receiving the ring.
Note: Precious metal rings will be subject to additional charges for the metal used in the ring. Please contact us before requesting an exchange of a precious metal ring.
Note: Exchange rings are given a FREE priority order upgrade and will follow the turnaround time for priority orders.
Need to return your ring?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but you may be able to purchase a resize or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes not using the ring in any sort of engagement or wedding photos, or in any special ceremonies. Just as most brides would not want to buy a used wedding dress, we feel the same way about our wedding rings.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee: $75 for standard designs, $150 for custom orders. Precious metal rings are subject to the cost of the metal used plus a standard or custom ring restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus the applicable restocking fee), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, dependent upon form of payment and the payment provider’s standards. If a refund has not been processed after 14 days, please contact us.
Need to have your ring resized?
To obtain a free resizing of your ring, notify us within 30 days of the receipt of your ring. A free resizing is available once per ring and only for customers who have used our ring sizer.
Our wood rings can typically be resized a half size smaller or a quarter size larger. We will need to see the ring in order to make a determination on how much of a resizing can be done, particularly when trying to make the ring larger. If the ring needs to be resized beyond these limits then you will need an exchange (see the Exchange Policy). After 30 days of the receipt of your ring, OR for customers who have not used our ring sizer, your ring may still be resized though at a cost of $75.
Metal rings with inlays cannot be resized. Metal rings without inlays may be resized up, but not down. Please contact us.

We ask that you please send the product in a protective box and include a note with your name, original order number, and any pertinent details that might help us along the way with your refund/resize/exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not make any guarantees or be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process, as we have no control while the product is in the hands of USPS/Fed-Ex/UPS/Etc. on its way back to us.
**DO NOT send products back in an envelope as it is not unheard of for rings to be either damaged or stolen from envelopes en route to us.
