An exchange is only necessary when your existing ring cannot be resized.
You can exchange a ring within the first 30 days of receiving it at no cost to you, provided you used one of our ring sizers to obtain your ring size. See, in-stock, gold, & custom ring exceptions below.
Exchanges can be done for a ring of equal or lesser value. Any alterations that would cause the price of the ring to increase will be charged accordingly. The existing ring must be returned like new and unworn, which includes not using it for any pictures or special ceremonies.
Exchanges are subject to a $150 fee when you used our ring sizer and have had your ring for more than 30 days OR in the event you did not use our ring sizer to obtain your ring size.
We do not accept exchanges after 90 days of you receiving the ring.

In-Stock Ring Exchange Exceptions
In-Stock (Ready to Ship) rings are not eligible for a free exchange. A restocking fee will apply plus any price differences between ring styles.
Gold Ring Exchange Exceptions
If you have a ring made from gold or other precious metals, please contact us as these will incur additional fees.
Custom Ring Exchange Exceptions
Free exchanges do not apply to rings that use Customer Provided Materials. Contact us for more details.

Exchanged rings are given a FREE priority order upgrade and will follow the turnaround time for priority orders.
