1. Gather inspiration and fill out our custom engagement ring design form above. Our team will reach out to you within 1 - 3 business days for your initial engagement ring design consultation where we will answer all of your questions and help you turn your dream engagement ring into a reality.

2. Once your design has been determined, we will provide a digital image rendering of your ring. (please note if something is very highly customized we may have certain limitations at this time for exact digital renderings).

3. Once your design has been approved and finalized, we will email you a custom invoice to complete your order.

4. Once you have completed your order we will send you a free ring sizing kit so you can determine your ring size and update your size in your order. Once payment is complete and your ring size has been updated production on your ring will begin. The standard production process for an engagement ring will take about 4 to 6 weeks.

5. Your dream ring is complete and on its way to you. Your ring will be securely mailed with discreet 2-day insured shipping.

We will send you a ring sizing kit 2 business days after you complete your order with instructions on how to determine your size and update it on our website where your ring will go into production.

The length of the customization process will depend on the complexity of your design and stone desired, but generally you can expect this process to take about 4 to 6 weeks.

Most engagement rings will ship in under 6 weeks, but some may take longer if the design or stone is more complex. We will notify you if the length of time is longer than 6 weeks.

In short, no. Custom designed rings or rings with modifications to an existing design are non-returnable. However, we may be able to exchange your ring though charges will be incurred based on the value of the new ring and stones, etc.

RETURNS

• All of our made to order and in-stock ready to ship rings come with a 30 day return policy. Returns are subject to restocking fees that vary based upon product type. To qualify for a return, your ring must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Read our full return policy here.

EXCHANGES

• You can exchange a ring within 30 days upon receiving it at no cost to you* if you used one of our ring sizers to obtain your ring size. A $150 fee will apply for all exhanges that occur after 30 days or if you did not use our ring sizer to obtain your size. We do not accept exchanges after 90 days.
• *Free exchanges do not apply to rings that use Customer Provided Materials or precious metals such as gold. Contact us for more details.

Yes! All of our rings are covered by a lifetime limited warranty. 

Our warranty does not cover repairs for breaks or damage that result from misuse (for example, if your dog chews a ring). Read our full warranty policy here.
