How we're dealing with COVID-19

Hey there! Thanks for dropping by the site! I wanted to take a moment to give you a quick update on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) as it applies to Rustic and Main, and your ring.

Q: Are you guys still making rings?

A: Unless otherwise posted here, yes, we are. We're doing our best to be safe and take precautions, while keeping everyone busy and making sure wedding ring orders get completed in time.

Q: Will the Coronavirus affect the turnaround time on my wedding ring order?

A: We hope not, but we can't say for sure. Currently, USPS, UPS, and FedEx are still shipping packages, but that could stop or slow down at any time. Also, while we are working hard to get rings created and are fully staffed, if we go under quarantine there may be a slight disruption in productivity. However, we're running a tight ship and believe that we'll be able to meet any deadlines.

Q: What precautions are you taking in the shop to ensure my ring arrives virus-free?

A: We're literally lysoling (is that a word?) all surfaces on a regular basis. Gloves are being worn and we're practicing good hygiene. In short, we can't guarantee anything at this point, but we're taking the best precautions we can.

Plus, the coating we use on our rings is antimicrobial. That's not something new, it just turns out that the coating is such that it helps prevent the spreading of germs.
