Please keep in mind, we cannot size our metal rings down.

Extra Love for Engagement Rings

• Crafting defects? We'll fix it for free. Prong issues? We're here to help.
• Center stone got into trouble? Let's talk. If it's a crafting defect we'll take care of it. We always recommend purchasing additional insurance to be on the safe side.

What's Not Covered

• Lost rings or stones (But don't panic! Reach out and we'll see what we can do.)
• Damage from the wild adventures of life (like your ring's encounter with the gym floor or the deep sea).
• Natural wear or your ring coming into contact with harsh chemicals.
• Damage to the ring due to misuse or not due to a manufacturing defect. (For example, if your dog chews the ring — this has happened numerous times!)
• Services performed by jewelers other than Rustic & Main, including repairs and alterations, may void this warranty.
