The Story
Read about how we make our rings
Made from whiskey barrels once used by the Jack Daniel's Distillery.
Weathered Maple
Our historic maple comes from Asheville, North Carolina. The board was taken from a barn built in the late 1800's and was likely used to store tobacco, as was so common in the area.
Weathering the wood is done via an old process, whereby the wood is dipped in water mixed with ferrous sulfate, the same stuff often used as a mineral supplement. You can read more about that process here.
Natural Whiskey Barrel Edge
The whiskey barrel edge provides an aesthetic contrast. Most of the whiskey barrel wood we use contains traces of the charred oak, part of the whiskey barrel making process, and adds distinct flecks of color to the oak.
Offset Bronze Inlay
The bronze inlay adds an extra touch of sophistication to this ring.
Made by hand in the USA
All of our rings are crafted by hand, right here in the US. We love being part of the movement to keep artistry and handcrafted goods alive and well.
