10K gold is harder than 14K and 18K, but 14K and 18K are more pure and therefore more valuable. 18K gold has the highest purity and is the most valuable, but it is also the softest among the three. While a 10K gold ring will be nearly identical in color to a 14K gold ring, an 18K gold ring will have a richer, deeper yellow hue due to its higher gold content.

This ring holds three materials from across deep time: agatized dinosaur bone from Utah, where ancient minerals slowly replaced prehistoric cells; Muonionalusta meteorite, dust from one of only 40 known fragments of the oldest meteorite ever identified; and Sleeping Beauty turquoise from Arizona, a stone that has carried meaning for thousands of years across dozens of cultures.
