Engagement Rings
The shape of your forever ring
The cut you choose changes everything — how the stone catches light, how it looks on your hand, and how it tells your story. Explore every shape we work with.
Shape refers to the outline of the stone — round, oval, pear. Cut refers to how the facets are arranged — brilliant, step cut, rose cut. Both affect sparkle, but in very different ways.
Elongated shapes (oval, marquise, pear) make fingers appear longer and slimmer. Round and square shapes tend to look more classic and balanced on any hand.
Brilliant cuts (round, oval, pear) maximize sparkle. Step cuts (emerald, Asscher) create a hall-of-mirrors effect. Rose cuts glow softly rather than flash.

Round Brilliant
The most classic of all cuts. 58 precisely angled facets maximize light return, creating unmatched sparkle. Universally flattering and the easiest to match with any setting style.
Oval
All the brilliance of a round cut in an elegant elongated form. Oval stones appear larger than rounds of the same carat weight and beautifully flatter the finger.
Emerald Cut
Long parallel facets create a dramatic hall-of-mirrors effect. Understated, architectural, and deeply elegant. Favored by those with refined, minimal taste.
Pear
A teardrop silhouette combining the brilliance of a round with the elongating effect of a marquise. Unique and feminine — often worn with the point toward the fingertip.
Marquise
The most dramatically elongating shape. Two pointed ends create an eye-like form that makes fingers look exceptionally long and slender.
Rose Cut
An ancient cut with a domed top and flat base. A soft, diffused glow rather than flash. Perfect for nature-inspired and vintage settings.
How to choose your shape
your shape
There's no wrong answer — but there are shapes that suit certain lifestyles, personalities, and hand types better than others.
Talk to a DesignerBrilliant-cut shapes return the most light. The more facets, the more flash.
Step cuts and rose cuts have an old-world quality — they glow rather than flash.
Any shape with a long axis creates the illusion of length on the hand.
Rounded shapes with lower profiles snag less and hold up better to daily wear.
