Then we bring it to life — whether that's through our in-house team or a trusted US partner — with every detail built to our exact spec.

Our team guides every decision — from design to stone selection to final inspection. Some rings are made entirely in our NC studio. Others are crafted by our trusted US partners, built precisely to our specifications. Either way, your ring doesn't leave without our approval.

Delivered with care
Your ring ships in 4–6 weeks after all stones and materials arrive via insured 2-day delivery. A ring sizing kit is included before production begins.

Custom ring pricing varies based on the metal, stone choice, and complexity of the design. Our custom engagement rings typically start around $2,500 for simpler designs and go up from there based on stone selection and metalwork involved. During your design consultation we'll give you a full quote before anything is committed.
Most custom engagement rings are completed in 6-8 weeks from the time your order is placed and your ring size is confirmed. More complex designs or rarer stones may take a little longer — we'll always let you know upfront.
Yes — for most designs we provide an AI render and/or 3D model before production begins. You'll approve the design before a single piece of metal is cast.
Absolutely. We offer free virtual design consultations via video, as well as in-person appointments at our Huntersville, NC studio. Just indicate your preference when you fill out the design form and we'll set up a time that works for you.
At this time we are not able to set stones from outside sources. We're happy to help you find a stone that matches the character of an heirloom — many of our clients are surprised by how closely we can replicate the look of a family stone using lab-grown or ethically sourced alternatives.
Custom designed rings are non-returnable, since each one is made specifically for you. If you don't absolutely love your custom ring design, still contact us and let us know.
