10K gold is harder than 14K and 18K, but 14K and 18K are more pure and therefore more valuable. 18K gold has the highest purity and is the most valuable, but it is also the softest among the three. While a 10K gold ring will be nearly identical in color to a 14K gold ring, an 18K gold ring will have a richer, deeper yellow hue due to its higher gold content.

Since our rings are handcrafted to order, it is important for you to use one of our ring sizers and not depend on a traditional jewelers’ sizing kit to get an accurate size. Our rings are different because many are wider than traditional bands and most of our rings come in a comfort fit style.

The Speakeasy takes its name from the quiet places where American whiskey survived Prohibition — establishments that kept the craft alive through subtlety and determination.
The inlay is weathered whiskey barrel wood, sourced from real distillery barrels and put through our own weathering process to produce the charred, gray-black tones of oak that has done its job. You choose the brand. Every cut of white oak tells a slightly different story.
