1. Sponsor

The Rustic & Main Monthly Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Rustic & Main, located in Huntersville, North Carolina, United States ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs on a monthly basis. Each monthly entry period begins on the first (1st) day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of that same calendar month (the "Entry Period"). A new Promotion period begins each month at the Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit rusticandmain.com and complete the giveaway entry form by providing your first name and a valid email address. One (1) entry per person per monthly Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected each month. The prize consists of one (1) Rustic & Main gift certificate in the amount specified for that month's Promotion (the "Prize"). The gift certificate is redeemable toward any purchase on rusticandmain.com or at Sponsor's retail location. The Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. No substitution or transfer of Prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected on or around the first (1st) day of the month following the Entry Period by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or if the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

7. Prize Acceptance

The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return required documents within the specified time period, or if Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Rustic & Main. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

11. Winner List

For the name of the monthly winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Rustic & Main Giveaway Winner, Huntersville, NC 28078, within sixty (60) days of the close of the applicable Entry Period.
