The story behind this ring

The Stargazer was Inspired by Galileo, who discovered the Milky Way and those who search the night sky for the immense beauty it holds. We combine a sustainable sourced 100% recycled gold ring base with meteorite to craft this stunning ring that glimmers like the night sky. Our crafters hand place gold flakes into the Muonionalusta Meteorite dust inlay to create a design that is truly out of this world. Match the Stargazer with The Phoenix for a couple’s ring set that captures the brilliance of both the night and daytime sky.

Since our rings are handcrafted to order, it is important for you to use one of our ring sizers and not depend on a traditional jewelers’ sizing kit to get an accurate size. Our rings are different because many are wider than traditional bands and most of our rings come in a comfort fit style.

If you haven't used our ring sizing kit, select that option and we'll send a FREE ring sizing kit to you with your order. We will begin production on your ring once we have your correct size and width.

All rings are made to order and ship within the timeframe shown on the product page. We offer free US shipping and a 30-day return policy on non-custom items. Read our full return policy here.

The Story Behind This Ring

Muonionalusta Meteorite & Solid Gold Flakes

Galileo looked up and found the Milky Way. This ring carries a piece of what he was looking at.

The inlay is Muonionalusta meteorite — one of only 40 known fragments of the oldest meteorite ever identified, discovered in Sweden in 1906. We grind it to a fine black dust, then our craftspeople hand-place solid gold flakes into the inlay to create a design that genuinely resembles the night sky. Set in your choice of 10K, 14K, or 18K gold.

Five-Star Reviews
This is our second ring from Rustic and Main (my husband lost the first) and I don’t think anyone could have made a more perfect ring for my husband. Not only is it beautiful, but it has character and is made from unique materials which got him so excited when I explained each part to him and gave him the certificate of authenticity.
