Ring Resizing

At Rustic & Main, we understand the importance of a perfect fit for your cherished rings. Our comprehensive resizing policy is designed to ensure your ring feels just right, reflecting our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Within 30 Days of Receipt

All Rings (Excluding In-Stock)

• All rings, with the exception of gold rings, are eligible for one free resizing within 30 days of receipt, provided our ring sizer was used.

Engagement Rings

• Complimentary resizing includes free shipping both ways within 30 days of purchase. After this period, resizing is available for a fee.

Metal Rings

• Rings without inlays may be resized up. Metal rings cannot be sized down. Contact us to confirm feasibility.
• Gold rings will be sent metal sizers to confirm fit and will be asked to submit a video for staff review to confirm size. Failure to receive staff approval could result in gold resize and exchange fees of up to $700.

Design and Material Limitations

• Eternity rings cannot be resized. An exchange option is available under our 30-day return policy.
• Metal rings such as titanium, silver, or gold that have inlays may be able to be resized a quarter size larger. We will make this determination once the ring has been returned.
• Custom, modified, and engraved rings are eligible for resizing but may incur a fee.

Wood Rings

• Can be resized a half size down or a quarter size up.

Resizes Outside of the Policy

• In-Stock (Ready to Ship) rings are not eligible for resizes.
• Rings outside of the 30 days of receipt or otherwise ineligible for a free resize may still be resized for a fee of $100.
• Rings that cannot be resized may still qualify for an exchange. See our exchange policy here.

Procedure for Resizing

1. Initiate Request: Contact our customer service to start the resizing process (see form below).
2. Shipping: Follow the provided instructions for secure shipping back to us. International customers will receive additional guidance for customs forms.

To ensure proper sizing for gold rings, customers are required to use Rustic & Main metal sizers and provide a video showing the sizer on their finger. This step is essential for accuracy and to uphold the standards of our craftsmanship.

Failure to follow this process may:

• Void the sizing warranty
• Incur Exchange Fees ($300–$600)
• Result in additional charges to cover the cost of gold required to craft a new ring
