1. Overview

By applying to or participating in the Rustic & Main Affiliate / Brand Ambassador Program (“the Program”), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are a legal agreement between you (“Ambassador,” “Affiliate,” or “you”) and Rustic & Main LLC (“Rustic & Main,” “we,” or “our”).

Participation in the Program is by invitation or approval only. Rustic & Main reserves the right to accept or deny applications for any reason.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older and reside in the United States.

  • You must have an active and authentic online presence that aligns with Rustic & Main’s values and brand image.

  • You may not participate if your content promotes hate, discrimination, explicit material, or illegal activity.

3. Ambassador Responsibilities

By joining the Program, you agree to:

  • Represent Rustic & Main with honesty and integrity.

  • Only share authentic content based on genuine experiences with our products.

  • Use approved logos, images, and discount codes provided by Rustic & Main.

  • Disclose your relationship with Rustic & Main in all promotional content (per FTC guidelines). Example: “I’m an ambassador for Rustic & Main—this ring was gifted.”

  • Refrain from creating misleading, offensive, or defamatory content related to Rustic & Main or its partners.

4. Commissions & Compensation

  • Commission structures, payout thresholds, and timelines are defined in your affiliate dashboard or individual agreement.

  • Commissions are paid only for verified sales tracked through your unique link or discount code.

  • Self-purchases or fraudulent referrals are not eligible for commission.

  • Rustic & Main reserves the right to adjust commissions due to product returns, cancellations, or order fraud.

5. Use of Content

By submitting or posting content featuring Rustic & Main products or brand tags, you grant Rustic & Main LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content across marketing channels (including website, email, and social media), with attribution when possible.

6. Term & Termination

  • Either party may terminate participation at any time, for any reason, with written notice (including email).

  • Rustic & Main may immediately terminate participation for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed inconsistent with the brand’s values.

  • Upon termination, all promotional materials, links, and codes must be removed within 7 days.

7. Independent Contractor Status

Ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Rustic & Main.
You are responsible for your own taxes and compliance with all applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rustic & Main will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
We make no guarantees regarding sales volume or compensation levels.

9. Confidentiality

Any information provided to you regarding new products, marketing strategies, or company operations must remain confidential unless made public by Rustic & Main.

10. Modification of Terms

Rustic & Main may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
