10K gold is harder than 14K and 18K, but 14K and 18K are more pure and therefore more valuable. 18K gold has the highest purity and is the most valuable, but it is also the softest among the three. While a 10K gold ring will be nearly identical in color to a 14K gold ring, an 18K gold ring will have a richer, deeper yellow hue due to its higher gold content.

Since our rings are handcrafted to order, it is important for you to use one of our ring sizers and not depend on a traditional jewelers’ sizing kit to get an accurate size. Our rings are different because many are wider than traditional bands and most of our rings come in a comfort fit style.

Weathered Whiskey Barrel Wood & Elk Antler
The Frontiersman was built for the man who is equally at home in the backcountry and at the bar.
Two materials, both connected to the American frontier: weathered whiskey barrel wood, charred and gray from the distillery process; and naturally shed North American elk antler, collected from the forest floor and hand-selected by our craftspeople in North Carolina. Black and white, rough and refined, and set in solid recycled gold.
