Gold karat indicates the purity of gold used in a piece of jewelry. The higher the karat number, the higher the gold content, and therefore, the more expensive the piece. We offer gold options in 10K, 14K, and 18K for our solid gold rings.
10K gold contains 41.7% pure gold, making it the least expensive option. Its higher alloy content also provides increased hardness and durability.
14K gold contains 58.5% pure gold, offering a balance between purity and durability. It is more expensive than 10K gold but less expensive than 18K gold.
18K gold contains 75% pure gold, making it the most expensive and pure option among the three. Its higher gold content provides a richer color and a more luxurious appearance.
There is little difference in coloration between 10K and 14K gold, but 18K gold will have a deeper, more intense hue due to its higher gold content.
Please note that our solid gold rings are subject to special rules regarding refunds, resizing, and exchanging. Be sure to review these policies before making your purchase.
