10K gold is harder than 14K and 18K, but 14K and 18K are more pure and therefore more valuable. 18K gold has the highest purity and is the most valuable, but it is also the softest among the three. While a 10K gold ring will be nearly identical in color to a 14K gold ring, an 18K gold ring will have a richer, deeper yellow hue due to its higher gold content.

The Story Behind This Ring
Natural Whiskey Barrel Wood
The angel's share is the portion of whiskey that evaporates from the barrel during aging — lost to the air, but not really lost at all.
This ring carries the wood from inside those barrels: natural whiskey barrel wood from the center of the stave, where the charring process adds distinct flecks of color to the white oak grain. It is a wide, full-channel inlay that lets the material speak for itself.
