10K gold is harder than 14K and 18K, but 14K and 18K are more pure and therefore more valuable. 18K gold has the highest purity and is the most valuable, but it is also the softest among the three. While a 10K gold ring will be nearly identical in color to a 14K gold ring, an 18K gold ring will have a richer, deeper yellow hue due to its higher gold content.

Since our rings are handcrafted to order, it is important for you to use one of our ring sizers and not depend on a traditional jewelers’ sizing kit to get an accurate size. Our rings are different because many are wider than traditional bands and most of our rings come in a comfort fit style.

Crafted for the man who appreciates history in the details, the Apollo is a hand-ground faceted titanium wedding band that pays tribute to one of the greatest achievements in human history.
When NASA engineers designed the Apollo 11 spacecraft, they needed a metal strong enough to survive the demands of space travel, light enough not to compromise the mission, and reliable enough that failure was not an option. They chose titanium. As strong as steel but nearly 50% lighter, hypoallergenic, corrosion-resistant, and built to perform under extreme conditions, it was the only metal equal to the task. Each Apollo ring is hand-ground and faceted in our Huntersville, North Carolina workshop, a process that brings out the natural grey hues and subtle tonal variations unique to titanium. The faceted texture catches light differently depending on the angle, giving the band a depth and character that a standard polished finish simply cannot match.
