The Story Behind This Ring

Mother of Pearl & Dual M1 Garand Rifle Stock Wood

The Archer pairs two materials that carry very different kinds of history — and somehow the contrast makes both stronger.

A center channel of luminous mother of pearl is framed by dual inlays of WWII-era M1 Garand rifle stock walnut. The nacre catches light from the sea; the walnut carries the weight of service and sacrifice. Together in recycled silver, they make a ring for the adventurer who is also shaped by those who came before him.
