10K gold is harder than 14K and 18K, but 14K and 18K are more pure and therefore more valuable. 18K gold has the highest purity and is the most valuable, but it is also the softest among the three. While a 10K gold ring will be nearly identical in color to a 14K gold ring, an 18K gold ring will have a richer, deeper yellow hue due to its higher gold content.

The Story Behind This Ring
Dual Springfield 1903 Rifle Stock Wood
The 1903 Springfield Rifle was first used in the Philippine-American War, adopted for WWI, and carried through WWII. The walnut stock is one of the rarest materials we carry — authenticated by cartouche stamps and sourced carefully from verified pieces.
The Vanguard sets two inlays of this historic rifle stock wood into a classic gold band. No extra materials, no distractions. Just the wood and the gold, and everything that wood has been through.
