10K gold is harder than 14K and 18K, but 14K and 18K are more pure and therefore more valuable. 18K gold has the highest purity and is the most valuable, but it is also the softest among the three. While a 10K gold ring will be nearly identical in color to a 14K gold ring, an 18K gold ring will have a richer, deeper yellow hue due to its higher gold content.

About This Item
Why we love it! Since our rings are one-of-a-kind originals we knew we could not offer a ring box that looks like it comes from a traditional stuffy jewelry store. Instead, we are working with Michael in South Carolina, who is on active duty in the Airforce, to bring you this beautifully handcrafted solid walnut and poplar wooden ring box alternative.
Currently, our wood ring boxes will fit rings that are 6 to 8 mm wide. You can still use them for other rings and items if you would like to take the black liner out.
