Just in case the wrong size ring was ordered, we have an exchange option. If the ring size needed is only a quarter size larger or a half size smaller, you can simply order a resizing here. But, if the difference is greater than that, an exchange may be what you need. 

Note: exchanges are only available within 30 days of receipt of your ring provided it is in like-new condition and unworn for pictures, ceremonies or special events.

Exchange Type

In most cases, you will select the option for a "Full Exchange". However, if you have ordered a resizing and then found out that you need an exchange, select the "With Resize" option.
