On occasion, a ring is ordered for the wrong size. In many cases, we can adjust the size of your ring.
Wood Rings
We can typically resize a wood ring up to a half size larger. We can also size a wood ring down to a smaller size, but this will increase the thickness of the ring.
Metal Rings
Metal rings can be sized up a quarter size larger. Metal rings cannot be made smaller.
For larger size changes an exchange will be necessary.
Note: For resizes please let us know what the new size needs to be when you send back your ring or place the order. Also include your order number with the ring. Thanks!
